Karyl Akilian Momjian is the Head of Brand Management within the Marketing Group at BLC Bank S.A.L. entrusted with the responsibility of leading the strategic planning process for the Bank’s brands with the aim of building the brand equity.
She is a core member of the team responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the execution of the strategy and marketing plans for the Women Empowerment program, the We Initiative, a strategic direction that BLC Bank launched in 2012, making it the first Bank in the MENA region to adopt Women Banking as a strategic business line.
She joined BLC Bank in 2006, and was heading the Product Development, which due to her leadership and vision developed successful, pioneering products & services contributing to the positioning of the Bank as a major player in the market.
She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.
