Ingrid Raad Dahdah
Founder & Owner of Diffa Group
Ingrid graduated from USJ in Economics in 1999 then travelled to Paris-Dauphine for her Masters in Economics, where she graduated in 2000 with the highest grade for her memoir on the creation of a hosting agency.
She started her own company as a hobby at the age of 21 and got hired in Bank Audi at the same time. For nearly nine years, she handled her job as a bank employee and she lead Diffa which was growing fast and required more attention.

Ingrid never regretted the entrepreneurial path she had chosen; Diffa is nearly 15years old now, with 7 full time employees and more than 210 part-time ushers, covering thousands of the most prestigious and important events in the region. Through Diffa, Ingrid and her team continuously create job opportunities for youth, provide them with a purpose alongside their studies, help them build self-confidence and value teamwork, teach them to work under pressure and prepare them to situations they will face in their professional & social lives
Most importantly, being self-employed allowed her to be a nearly guilt-free mother of two J
