Christine has qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management “ILM” UK. She is certified consultant specialized in culture transformation and values driven organizations. She has joined The Coaching Academy in 2009 as a Protégé Student to ensure her CPD (Continues Professional Development) is taking place to bring the highest value to her clients. Her extensive clients list varies from Small to medium plus sized organisations. Her role as a coach & mentor has contributed to the advancement and success of clients she has crossed path with.

Prior to becoming a coach, Christine holds a BS from New York State University and, has worked for a regional company for over 12 years in the exhibition and event industry as part of the management team. Her background has highly developed her creative skills, and her extensive experience in managing people and deadlines has increased her level of awareness, responsibility and accountability. Working with versatility has given her the flexibility, patience, solution oriented, focus as well as her adaptability to change. This has provided her with a natural advantage as a coach and mentor where she is able to apply these second nature skills when working next to her expertise in the business arena.
With a collective experience of 20 years within the corporate environment, She has been leading and, at a later stage, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams within organisations. She has developed a deep insight of how to optimize their value by helping them clarify their values, beliefs and vision as well as understand the impact of their behaviour on their environment to stretch their capability to lead and inspire.
Besides her coaching career she is a facilitator with the MOWGLI Foundation, a member of the Peer to peer support committee at the Lebanese League of Women in Business (LLWB) and a member with CHANCE Association (Children Against Cancer) committee. She is continually growing and contributing.
