Grace Tohme

Extensive 30 years diversified managerial experience in Human Resources, marketing, advertising, sales, customer relations, finance and administration, with specific focus on strategic business planning and execution, company organization, and quality improvement in local, regional, and international organizations. Holder of a BA in Psychology from AUB and an MBA from Newport University, Najwa Grace Ibrahim-Tohme is a co-founder and member of LLWB, an executive board member of the Lebanese Evangelical Society (LES). She is affiliated to the International Business Leaders Association (IBLA) and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as Certified Professional Member of the Australian HR Institute.

Since January 2013, Najwa Grace has been the Finance & Administration Manager at the Arab Council for the Social Sciences (www.acss.org).

Prior to that, she has worked as Group HR Director at the Resource Group Holding (RGH).

In April 2009, she started her own business, HR Solutions, as a management/HR consultant. Concurrently she was working as an Assistant GM and HR Manager at Retail Group SAL and Vendome Investments & Management (Holding) SAL.

From March 2008 till end March 2009, she worked with Able Logistics Group as Group HR Director. Able Logistics Group FZCO was a services company in the logistics and freight industry in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, with a workforce of 1200 and a turnover of +200M.

From 2003 until March 2008 she was the Assistant General Manager at Al Rifai Roastery leading the HR and Sales & Operations. She also led their HR and retail operation, in Sweden from April 2007 until March 2008.

Prior to Al Rifai, she was the Human Resources & Administration Manager at Bankers Assurance SAL.

She had joined The Coca-Cola Bottling Co of Lebanon in 1995 as Head of Advertising Department/Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager and was appointed Human Resources Manager in 1997 (900 employees).

From 1990 - 1995, she owned Teamwear, a company that manufactured and sold women and children clothes.

From 1982-1988,she was the Media Manager at Intermarkets SAL
