ITU Regional Conference on ICT for Women in the Arab Region

This conference shed the light on the importance of digital skills for women’s empowerment and offered a platform for discussing and identifying main challenges hindering women’s participation in the digital transformation.

The conference was organized by the ITU Arab Regional Office at the kind invitation of  OGERO Telecom, Under the Patronage of the Ministry of Telecommunications of Lebanon. Key partners included the Arab Women Organization (AWO), Internet Society (ISOC), World Bank, and the Lebanese League for Women in Business (LLWB).
