Rana El Hindy

Rana El Hindy is a holistic dietitian, lifestyle management expert, certified yoga instructor, university instructor, and environmental advocate dedicated to promoting healthier lives and more sustainable communities. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Agriculture and Food Sciences and in Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences. Drawing on her multidisciplinary background, Rana combines nutrition, wellness, environmental awareness, and behavior change to help individuals adopt healthier and more balanced lifestyles. In 2014, she founded Activerde Lifestyle, an initiative aimed at promoting the holistic approach to health by translating scientific knowledge into practical, easy-to-understand guidance. Through consultations, workshops, and community programs, she encourages healthy eating habits, active living, and mindful lifestyle choices. Rana is also actively involved in community service and environmental action. She is an active member of the Lebanese League for Women in Business (LLWB) and a founding member and former president (2023–2024) of the Rotary Club Lebanon Eco, the first Rotary club in Lebanon dedicated to environmental sustainability. Through her leadership, she has supported projects focused on environmental education, waste management, ecological restoration, and community engagement. Passionate about the connection between human health and environmental well-being, Rana believes that caring for the planet is essential for improving quality of life. Her mission is to empower people with the knowledge and tools they need to make sustainable lifestyle choices that benefit both their personal health and the world around them. Through her work, she strives to create lasting positive change and help build healthier, happier, and more resilient communities.
