Under the Mental Health Task Force unit, and in collaboration with Logotherapy Mena, LLWB invited people over the age of 30 to the third webinar “Path for Dealing with Life’s Greatest Challenges”, which took place on Friday, April 16 via a zoom call session.

In fact, because our mental health matters, especially nowadays, it’s good to take care of ourselves.

Actually, logotherapy through its principles not only teaches, but also put in practice, means to deal with challenge and transcend it into human triumph.

During the session, Daliya Zgheib, founder of logotherapy MENA, explained that meaning is the essence of being and the core for overcoming challenges.

She insists on pursuing the meaning of our lives, and said something important that should be highlighted, “What YOU Create is Never Lost,” because it’s good to feel like “yes, I worked hard, did a lot of things, won and lost, learned from my mistakes, but at the end of the road, I have lived a fulfilled meaningful life.”

Always remember that “Life has meaning until the last Breath”, your future is your created past, and the choice of action in the present moment is a pathway to meaning.

Throughout the session, Daliya mentioned that guilt is a healthy feeling, if it’s directed in a healthy way, because it could be an opportunity to change and act meaningfully. Guilt is an opportunity to change oneself for the better.

The attendees completed three practical exercises, in which they answered questions about how to deal with life’s most difficult challenges, such as “pick something that, looking back from the end, you would regret if you hadn’t done it, pick something/someone that you feel guilty about, and pick a person that you see who has transformed their pain into achievement.”

In the end, always keep in mind that meaning is always present even in challenges.
