The IMQAN Introductory Event marked the beginning of an exciting new project aimed at upskilling women led MSMEs in Beirut and Mount Lebanon area to improve their performance and create new job opportunities supporting local socio-economic development. The event was designed to introduce the project to the participants, get to know more about their businesses, and establish connections between them and their trainers.
IMQAN is implemented by the Lebanese League for Women in Business – LLWB in partnership with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and it is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
The program will provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to grow their businesses, including training in business planning, marketing, financial management, and leadership.
During the IMQAN Introductory Event, participants were introduced to the trainers who will accompany them throughout their journey. The trainers, who are experienced in their respective fields, will work closely with the participants to provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
The event was a huge success, with participants expressing enthusiasm and excitement about the program. Many participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of such a transformative program and were eager to get started.
