SAWI’s eight country partners held their first technical meeting led by CIBL for Women, reviewing labour laws and identifying entry points for gender-inclusive employer policies.
SAWI (Support and Accelerate Women’s Inclusion in the workforce) will highlight trailblaizing practices & partner with employers to devise new policies.
In the meeting, LLWB shared their research report on national and employer laws and policies related to women’s recruitement, retention, and promotion (RRP) in the Lebanese workforce.
