The Women in the Public Sector Closure event was held on August 26, 2019, at Qasser el Helou Hallab, Tripoli. The event was facilitated by Lara Fakhreddine, Safaa Alameddine, Zeina Saber, Abla Chamra and Sara el Charif Abdelhay and aimed to close the chapter of Women in the Public Sector project by assessing its reach and create a circle of networking between all participants.
The event was attended by 37 non-members, 1 member and 1 participant with a free membership. The topics covered included a briefing of the overall of the project and lived experiences told by women from the public and the private sector about gender discrimination.
