The workshop covered the following topics: What is a bank, how do banks work, overview of the Lebanese Banking sector, types of banks, Account opening, Types of accounts, Cash and cheques management, Forex transaction, types of cards, retail loans, business loans, letter of credit and letter of guarantee, online banking, and all over the training there were a lot of practical exercises, a lot of questions and answers and some tips to deal with banks. Dr Lara was the main speaker and Mr. Rabih Abi Amar mangers of credits in the BLC talked about loans for one hour. 24 persons attended the training. Attendees were from different ages, different fields, universities students, lawyers, financial manager, accountant, professors, architect, entrepreneurs…et. BLC as usual was present. Most of the participants evaluated the workshop positively.
