Rachel Haddad is a passionate advocate for women’s rights with a deep commitment to ending gender-based violence (GBV) and empowering marginalized women and girls. With over 9 years of experience in marketing, she combines her strategic expertise with a strong humanitarian focus, striving to create impactful campaigns that authentically promote human rights. She is dedicated to challenging the systems that perpetuate violence and works tirelessly to provide survivors with the support they need for both immediate recovery and long-term healing.
Currently, she holds the position of Communications Lead at the Lebanese League for Women in Business, where she drives key initiatives to promote women’s leadership and foster gender equality in the business sector. In addition, she is a volunteer with Rotary International holding a Paul Harris Bagde, a Scout member, and has served with both the Red Cross and Lebanese Civil Defense, gaining invaluable experience in emergency response and community service.
Her work extends beyond local initiatives as she is a certified Human Rights Defender and advocates for the Arab Institution for Human Rights in her country and a member of several humanitarian platforms. Rachel is as well A certified Gender Auditor (PGA- ILO_ITC Turino).
