Three things that decide whether you can vote
Complete these before the meeting — they determine your attendance, quorum count, and access to the voting platform.
01 — TIMING
Join from 3:45 PM
Connect at least 15 minutes before the GA starts. Admission closes at 4:30 PM — members joining after that cannot be added to the voter list.
02 — IDENTITY
Display your full name on Zoom
Set your Zoom display name to your First Name + Family Name, exactly as registered with LLWB. Required for identity verification and quorum.
03 — CONTACT INFO
Email & WhatsApp ready
Have both accessible during the meeting — LLWB staff will verify them live and use them to send your voting platform link.

Join Zoom early
Connect at least 15 minutes before the official start so the Secretariat can verify your identity, confirm your contact details, and count quorum.

Rename yourself on Zoom
Display your First Name and Family Name as registered with LLWB. Mandatory for attendance, quorum, and voting eligibility.

QUORUM
Quorum checks — up to 3 rounds
Counts taken at 4:00 PM, 4:15 PM, and if needed 4:30 PM. Only members present and identified on Zoom at these moments are counted.
4:30 PM
Admission closes
The voter list is finalised and uploaded to the voting platform. Members joining after this point cannot be added and will not be able to vote.
15 MIN
Your voting link arrives
Sent via email and/or WhatsApp once the voter list is ready. Open it immediately — the window lasts 15 minutes only. Choose up to 7 candidates, review, and click Submit Vote. Submitted votes are final.
AFTER
Keep your receipt & stay on Zoom
You will receive an automatic confirmation receipt — keep it until results are announced. Stay on the call: we want to celebrate together!
